2^nd Shift Production

Location: South Sioux City, Nebraska

Gerkin Windows & Doors, a trusted manufacturer of high-performance vinyl and aluminum windows and storm doors, is growing! We’re currently hiring for our 2^nd shift Production Team and looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality work and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble windows and storm doors using hand tools, power tools, and equipment

• Handle materials, measure components, and ensure product accuracy and quality

• Follow safety and production guidelines to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and perform reaching, bending, and twisting tasks

• Basic English reading and writing skills; ability to read a tape measure is a plus

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Work Schedule:

• Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

• Busy season (May – November): Monday – Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, and Friday (and occasional Saturdays) 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

• Overtime required during peak production

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting wage: $23.00
